Prior to her career in law, Ann Charles specialized in nonprofit organizational development and fundraising, working with organizations nationwide, including Habitat for Humanity International, the Air Force Museum Foundation, Ohio CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and the U.S. Peace Corps. She is Harvard-educated in strategic nonprofit management and graduated first in her class from the University of Dayton School of Law. Ann Charles is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Florida.
