Our Process

  1. Questionnaire: You’ll complete a questionnaire to help us understand your estate planning needs.
  2. Consultation: You’ll meet with an attorney to help us learn about your estate planning goals in more detail. At the end of this meeting we will let you know what we believe your estate plan should include and provide a flat rate for the work.
  3. Engagement Letter: If you would like to move forward, you will sign an engagement letter outlining the scope of our work and cost. If you do not want to move forward there is no cost to you. One half of the flat rate will be due at upon signing the engagement letter.
  4. Drafting and Review: Using information you provide we will draft your documents and share them with you to review.
  5. Signing: We will meet at our office to sign your documents. You will receive instructions on how to implement your estate plan to meet your goals.
